Undergraduate Degrees Accredited

The Faculty is delighted to announce full accreditation for the Bachelor of Software Engineering from Engineers Australia until the first intake of 2009.  This degree is recognised as a professional engineering qualification, and confers graduates with industry credibility when they enter the work force.

The Australian Computer Society recently visited the faculty to assess its degrees for accreditation purposes.The team was highly complimentary about the submission, the new degrees, and the changes being made to the curriculum.Changes to the structure of the Faculty's undergraduate degrees followed a thorough review in consultation with key industry leaders through 2004 and 2005.

ACS has confirmed that the following degrees are now accredited in Australia through to 2008:
