Skills call hits record high: recent CareerOne article

The following article "Skills call hits record high", featured in the CareerOne employment section of The Herald-Sun on March 17th, reiterates that the considerable increase in demand for IT skills in conjuction with limited available IT resources means that the sector is struggling with candidate shortages.

Also there is an explanation of why the abbreviation "ICT" is becoming more commonly used (rather than IT), to reflect the growing communication aspect.
