ANZ, Coles Group, Deloitte, GE Money and Microsoft will be here. These top Australian employers will visit Monash University to speak with Faculty of Information Technology students.

This event is proudly hosted by Monash University Faculty of Information Technology and Careers and Employment.  We’d like to provide you with an opportunity to make a successful transition from university into employment.

During this event you’ll hear presentations from company spokespeople and have an opportunity to ask them questions. Furthermore, you’ll learn about the best way to prepare your resume, applications and interview techniques.

Think ahead and start planning now for future entry to the professional workforce. Networking and being aware of industry issues are vital in positioning yourself to take advantage of the best working opportunities available to graduates.Carpe diem!

Event details: Thursday 28 June 2007 in Exhibition space, ground floor (level 1), building H, Caulfield campus.

Get some tips on resume writing and interview techniques whilst learning the importance of strong communication skills. Session will be facilitated by Careers and Employment. Room/s H1.25 &/or H1.26
2.45-3pm

Hear about a new, alternative pathway for graduates. Session facilitated by Professor Michael Vitale. Room/s H1.25 &/or H1.26

3-4pm

Representatives from five leading companies will speak briefly on their industry, their company and recruitment opportunities for you. Room H1.16

4-5pm
Meet and speak with company representatives one on one. This hour will an open forum where you can take the opportunity to approach companies of interest and ask questions. Room H1.16
5pm Close.
