In 2009 researchers from Monash University achieved listings in the following publications.

The Pacific Asia Journal of the Association for Information Systems conducted a study examining the publication productivity of researchers in Information Systems with particular emphasis on the Pacific Asia region.

Monash University has three researchers in the Asia Pacific Top 50:

  • Equal 2nd - Professor David Arnott (Faculty of Information Technology)
    • Equal 1st in Australia
  • Equal 7th - Professor Ron Weber (Dean, Faculty of Information Technology)
  • Equal 7th - Dr Stephen Smith (Faculty of Business and Economics)
