Undergraduate Direct Entry Semester 1, 2009
All applicants applying for entry into an undergraduate degree in semester 1, 2009, must apply through VTAC.
In February 2009, the Faculty of Information Technology may accept applications via direct entry ONLY if there are available Commonwealth Supported Places (CSP)
Information on direct entry will be available on the Faculty of Information Technology website in early February, 2009 or call the Faculty of Information Technology Admissions Office
Applications can be submitted online or via hard copy application.
Applying Online
The online applications facility will be open in February 2009 if the Faculty of IT has CSPs available.
Please follow the instructions on completing and submitting an Online Application and on attaching (uploading) certified copies of the following documents:

Year 12 / VCE results

Formal academic transcripts and course completion certificate (if applicable)

Birth certificate or extract, or Australian Citizenship Certificate, or valid Australian passport, or Permanent Residency Visa
Applying via hard-copy application
Complete the application form and attach original certified copies of the following documents:

Please note that the supporting documentation will not be returned.
Hard copy applications can be submitted to the Faculty of IT Admissions Office by:

Assessment process
The Faculty of IT will assess your application and if successful, you will be sent an offer package. The offer package includes:
A letter of offer with enrolment details
Other important information to help you prepare for your Monash University studies
Once you have received your letter of offer you can accept, refuse, or defer it.
