Master of Applied Information Technology

2009 Re-enrolment Information

During 2007, the Faculty of Information Technology undertook an extensive review of its current graduate and postgraduate degrees. The IT sector is changing rapidly and it is important that our degrees continue to address the requirements of the organisations that employ our graduates.

From 2009, the Master of Applied Information Technology will have a new course structure. Changes include:

The changes to the degree will not prevent current students from continuing with and completing their current degree (provided they are progressing satisfactorily through their course).

A transfer to the new MAIT structure is not recommended however if you wish to explore this option please contact your Course Co-ordinator.

Note: Equivalent units will be provided to allow students who wish to remain in the pre-2009 course version to complete their chosen track.
