Students who have not yet successfully completed BUS2011 (or an approved replacement) prior to 2010 may take a FIT programming unit from the following list:

FIT2034 Computer programming 2
If FIT1002 is taken in place of BUS2011, it counts as a first year level unit. Students must ensure that they still take the requisite 36 units at second year level and 36 units at third year level)
Alternatively for 2010 students may take one of the following FIT units in place of BUS2011:
FIT2006 Business process modelling and workflow (formally BUS3502)
FIT2011 Decision support systems fundamentals
FIT2037 Virtual collaboration and groupware (formally BUS3720)

If students have already taken one or more of these units, they cannot count it in place of BUS2011 if it is already filling the place of a required BBusSys elective in the coursemap.
