Currently enrolled at Monash

If you are already enrolled in a Monash University degree, and wish to transfer into a Faculty of IT degree, please see internal course transfer application process.

International applicants

International applicants who are not currently studying VCE / IB in Victoria should apply online.

International applicants who are currently studying VCE / International Baccalaureate (IB) in Victoria should apply through the Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC). Enquire online for more information.

For Semester 2 intake, international students must apply for direct entry through an online application.

Undergraduate entry application process for Commonwealth Supported Places (CSPs) – Semester 1 intake (via VTAC)







If you would like to apply for an irregular offer, you must submit your application with a VTAC ID. You can find more information on irregular offers at the VTAC applications page.

Postgraduate entry application process (graduate, postgraduate, masters by coursework and faculty pathways awards)

If you are currently a Faculty of IT Masters student and wish to apply for a Masters (Honours) degree, you must apply via internal course transfer. There is no Direct Entry. Do not submit an online application.


If you are applying for a Faculty Pathway Award (domestic students only), please download a Faculty Pathway Award application form (pdf, 124KB).
