David completed industry based learning placements at Accenture and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

The IBL program is like a GPS system, guiding us to where we really want to go. It gives us directions on where to go and supports us on what we want to do. So at the end of our studies, we will know that we have arrived at the correct destination, and that we did not lose our way during our journey.

Also during my second year, I was involved in the University's student leadership program – Ancora Imparo. This program provided me with a view of the many issues affecting the world today.

Industry experience gives me a unique edge over other graduates. Not only a highlight in my resume, I also become personally known to companies and their recruitment teams over the three-year course and beyond.

The generous scholarship is great not only because it relieves the financial pressure during uni, but also because it recognises student achievement.

Jessica completed an industry placement with Deloitte, where she has accepted a graduate position, and is currently completing her second placement with GE Capital.

Jamie completed an industry based learning placement at ANZ and is now employed by them full-time as a Management Trainee.

As a participant of ANZ's management trainee program, I have gained a wide variety of experience covering project management, financial analysis/management, process design/ improvement and innovation concept creation. This involved engaging with several senior organisational figures and forging a strong network of friendly business contacts.

The program attracts a large volume of highly skilled candidates. Assessors look for individuals who have proved themselves academically, yet also have the people skills required to work cohesively in a team environment and be successful in business.

Without my qualification from Monash, and the experiences facilitated by Monash, I'm certain I would not be in this position today.
