between 6.15pm and 6.30 pm tonight, during change management job
6917. Some users would have experienced difficulty accessing the
internet during this time.

        Applications fail to respond from time to time. Use the task manager (Hit CTRL-ALT-DEL, select Task list). Select the frozen task and hit End Task. Use this with caution as any unsaved work will be lost.
