Accessing email

There are several methods to access email within the Monash environment;

• Monash University Webmail
• My.Monash Portal
• Email Client (eg Netscape Messenger, Mozilla Thunderbird)

Archiving email

From time to time you may want to archive your email. This is so you do not exceed the allocated quota. Exceeding the quota will result in being unable to receive any new emails.

Please contact the IT Service Desk for assistance in archiving your email.
