Send a global email

The Faculty Postmaster is responsible for all global email requests. Please be advised that if a global email for students is required, the mailing list for students will have to be obtained before submitting the request.

Global email requests can be submitted via the Online Service desk.

Retrieve files from backup

Technical services runs backups for the Novell network drives. Any requests for retrieval of backup files should be submitted via the Online Service desk. Please provide the following details to expdiate your request;

Full folder path and filename

eg. V:\Technical Services\Client Services\Service Desk\document.doc

Change or addition to the IT websites

Please submit any requests for changes or addition to the Faculty web site to the online services team via the Online Service desk.

Please include the following information to expediate your request;

URL: eg http://www.infotech.monash.edu.au/itsupport/index.html

Fault: The staff link is broken.
