Student helpdesks for Gippsland School of IT

There are two GSIT student helpdesks available. The first is the Administrative helpdesk which provides assistance on administrative issues. This includes information on; how to enroll / defer courses, change units / courses, how to sort out payment problems, international student problems and alike. The Technical helpdesk provides information on; computer resources, password / account problems, setup guides for common software and so on.

If you cannot find what you are looking for in these helpdesks email the Administrative or Technical group with your query. They will consider your query and may add the relevant information to the helpdesks. Either way you can be assured that any query will be responded to.
