The AutoTeller or Kiosk is similar to an ATM. It has a touch screen keyboard and uses recorded voice messages to guide students how to use it. Students can use the AutoTellers to add print credit to their student accounts or apply for after hours access to certain computer labs.

- Press the Add Money button on the AutoTeller.
- Next, key in your student username when prompted. Use the backspace key (B/S) if you make an error.
- Press Search. The system will then begin searching for your account. Once found, it will prompt you to insert your money.
- Put in the desired amount and press OK. Do not put in your money while the system is still searching.
- Collect receipt
Caulfield = Building T T1.25
Clayton = Ground Floor Building 10 outside the ITS helpdesk.
Caulfield = $1 and $2 coins, $5, $10, $20, $50 notes Australian Currency
Clayton = NO COINS, $5, $10, $20, $50 notes Australian Currency
Unfortunately, the AutoTellers are not capable of issuing change. If you need change, MONSU (Monash University Student Union are able to provide students with change during normal business hours.
Q6. I didn't get a receipt for my print credit or my 24hour registration?
Please contact ITS. They are responsible for maintenance of the AutoTellers.
The AutoTellers are maintained by ITS (Information Technology Services). ITS are responsible for ensuring that funds are correctly deposited to your student account and that receipts for printing deposits and 24 hour access registration are generated. In the event of a technical fault please contact ITS.
