All Monash students are entitled to set up a remote account. A remote access account entitles students to access the Monash web site content only. This is a free service to students.

Q1. Does Monash offer modem access?

Monash University offers a modem service to all students allowing you to connect to most of the Monash electronic services from your home. However, it does not provide Internet access except to students with a disability or Off-Campus Learning students


Q2. How do I apply for modem access?

All undergraduate and postgraduate students need to complete the Application Form for remote access to be eligible.
