Anti virus software is available from the ITS website.
Log in and double click on the NAL icon on the desktop.
Wait for about a minute or until the CD in the bottom right hand of the corner stops spinning. If you cannot find the NAL icon -
- Click on the Start Menu
- Select Run
- In the dialog box type Y:\NALEXPLD.EXE
Click OK

Once it has stopped, go to the start menu again and you will see that the applications have loaded.
The application may not yet be installed. Make sure the Application is properly installed by doing the following -
- Click on the Start Menu
- Select Information Technology Applications
- Select Your Department or the department under which the application is to be run
- Select Install Applications
- Click on the Applications name (it should have (Install) after it) The machine will verify whether the application is on the machine - if not, it will install it.
- Re attempt to access the application through the Start Menu.
The only software students are permitted to install is through NAL. No other software should be loaded onto any PC.
Please visit our software page for information regarding what software is available in each lab.
We do not loan out software such as the above due to licensing policies.
