The Domino service on staff-au-cluster-2b is unavailable. Users
attempting to connect using the Notes client will receive an
error message.
Update 16:41:
The Domino service has been restarted.
The library catalogue hardware is being swapped over from the
disaster recovery to the production database server. Users can
search for materials on the library
backup catalogue during the downtime:

The path preferred path for network traffic between Monash
Malaysia and Australia as been down due to an outage in the
Malaysian Research and Education Network (MYREN).
Traffic is rerouted via commercial ISP's so interruption of
Service should be minimal but response times and latancy may be
higher.

Applications fail to respond from time to time. Use the task manager (Hit CTRL-ALT-DEL, select Task list). Select the frozen task and hit End Task. Use this with caution as any unsaved work will be lost.
