Bachelor of Business Information Systems (IBL stream) - second year 2007

The Bachelor of Business Information Systems provides not only the practical and theoretical side of Information Technology, it also presents many different business components of this field of study. The Industry-based Learning (IBL)  option sets the degree apart from any other as it allows students to have a “front row seat” and have hands on experience of the IT industry. This gives graduates the extra edge over those from other institutions. There is also a wide range of electives that you can take within the IT courses, giving students the flexibility to choose in which direction they would like to go.

I would describe my course as exciting and challenging while equipping me for the industrial and professional world.  Studying IT at Monash is great because the field of IT is so big and there is always something new to learn.
