The Monash University Centre for Decision Support and Enterprise Systems Research (CDSESR) is a designated center of research excellence in the Faculty of Information Technology.
CDSESR conducts an integrated set of programs in research, research training, graduate education, and professional engagement in the enterprise systems and decision support systems areas. Professor David Arnott leads the decision support research of the Centre and Professor Ron Weber leads research in enterprise systems.
The Centre’s research covers personal decision support, ERP systems, inter-organizational systems, eBusiness, data warehousing, customer relationship management, corporate performance management, and business intelligence.
The Centre is headquartered on Monash’s Caulfield Campus where it has state of the art project facilities and infrastructure including a human observation laboratory. The Clayton Campus is also home to a number of CDSESR researchers.
