Printed computing manuals and documents
Various members of the school have printed out and kept computing manuals, papers and other documents of general interest. To save printing out copies for yourself, you should first check to see if printed copies exist for borrowing.
To queue a document for printing that is not currently available in the department, use the docp command as shown in the example below, to print the document manual.ps.
% docp manual.ps
It is important you print documents of general interest in this way to enable your documents to be recorded and to avoid having the document added to your printer usage account. See the man pages for docp, docq and docrm for more information.
