Transfer to another Course
Students wanting to transfer to another course must re-enrol in their current course and lodge an Application to Transfer with the Faculty of their intended course. Transfer to another course cannot be completed using WES. Students will be advised of their application outcome. Students must not assume that a Transfer will be automatic.
Local undergraduate students need to complete a Course Transfer application.
Local postgraduate students who wish to apply to transfer into an Information Technology degree can submit a Local Postgraduate Application form to the Faculty office.
International students may visit the International Admissions website for more information regarding how to apply. International students must return applications to the International Admissions Office.
Students remaining within the same course but who are changing campuses (e.g. from Malaysia to Clayton campus) should re-enrol as usual in their current course code. Changes to enrolment can still be made when the student has transferred to the new campus.
