How to enrol in The Faculty of Information Technology

Congratulations and welcome to the Faculty of Information Technology.
This site is designed to help all new on campus Information Technology students through the pre enrolment and enrolment day process. To help make your pre enrolment and enrolment day as easy and efficient as possible, we are providing you with a list of things you need to do to enrol. It is recommended  that you  download and print the Enrolment Guide which contains detailed information on how to complete each pre enrolment and enrolment day step. Please read the whole document carefully.

All new students who have received a letter of offer and wish to accept it must complete the pre enrolment component online and attend the Enrolment Day at their campus.If you are unable to attend your enrolment session, you must contact your home campus  immediately.  Select a tab below to view campus-specific enrolment dates:

Pre enrolment steps
Step 1: Accepting your offer

Step 2: Activate Monash Computer Account

Step 3: Log into Web Enrolment System (WES) and complete the following:

             Postal, Emergency and Mailing Format information
            Enrolment Questionnaire (for all students)
            CSP HECS-HELP(CSP students only) or FEE HELP application
            Unit enrolment (optional)

Step 4. Attend your on campus enrolment day

Step 5: Get your student ID card

Step 6: Sign up for tutorials/practicals/laboratories

Step 7: Attend orientation
