Step 6: Sign up for tutorials

Monash has an online tutorial allocation system called Allocate+ to allocate students to specific times for tutorials, practical classes, lectures, laboratories etc. This software collects information from all students on unit enrolment and class timetable availability. It then carries out a sorting procedure that allocates students into classes according to their preferences wherever possible, taking into account each student’s overall timetable but allocating first those students whose timetable prevents them attending the class at any other time.

To use Allocate+ you need to be enrolled into the units for which you want to enter timetable preferences and to have activated your authcate account.http://allocate.cc.monash.edu.au/
