How do I access MUSO?
Login using your authcate username at http://muso.monash.edu.au. You will be have access in MUSO for any unit that you are enrolled in. If you can't login or don't have access to your units contact MUSO Support
How can I hide units from my Course List?
You can hide units you don't frequently access (e.g. last semester units) by clicking the edit icon in the top right corner of the Course List. See Hide Courses
How can I access a unit I am not enrolled in?
If you require access to a unit that you may be participating in or studying, but are not enrolled in the unit, contact the unit lecturer to organise access.
What if I still need access to a unit at the end of semester as I am sitting a deferred/supplementary exam?
Contact your unit lecturer to organise access.
How can I download my notes (e.g. lecture)?
If notes have been placed in a Learning Module, you will be able to select multiple files to download by using the Create Printable View feature. Otherwise, click individual files and save to your computer.
How can I set Mail Forwarding?
You can only access your mail from within MUSO, unless you use the Mail Forwarding feature. In the Mail tool, click the Mail Forwarding icon , enter your external email address, and click Save. You can add multiple emails by including a comma (",") separator. NOTE: you can only reply to mail from within MUSO.
How do I access and submit my assignments in MUSO?
If your lecturer has created online assignments, you can use the Assignments tool to access and submit your assignments in MUSO. See the Student Assignment Guide (MUSO-service)
